A1 EcoClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Services may include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, and other cleaning services agreed upon with the customer.
Quotes and Pricing
Cleaning prices are based on the information provided by the customer, including the size of the property, type of service, condition of the space, and any additional requests.
A quote may be adjusted if the actual condition or requirements of the property are significantly different from the information provided when the quote was prepared. We will discuss any significant changes with you before proceeding.
Booking and Appointments
A cleaning appointment is confirmed once the date, time, service details, and price have been agreed upon.
Customers should provide accurate information about the property and let us know about any special instructions or circumstances that may affect the cleaning.
Access to the Property
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
If we cannot access the property when the appointment begins, additional charges or rescheduling may apply where applicable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any applicable cancellation or lockout fees will be communicated to the customer before being charged.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should let us know before the cleaning about:
- Areas that require special attention
- Fragile or valuable items
- Specific cleaning preferences
- Pets or other concerns
- Any conditions that could affect the safety of our cleaning team
We ask customers to provide a reasonably safe working environment for our cleaners.
Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
A1 EcoClean may accept the payment methods communicated to the customer when the service is booked.
